Am going to check to see if I can find any others that have been made by these developers. Def go to the head of the line for this one.
And, even better, it stands up to playing it more than once after the initial completion. Am so very impressed.
It is about time!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by Dianna from Different My all time favorite has been Hellas 2, and because of some of the reviews, I have been rather hesitant to by H 4.
So I started the free trial , just for something to do. I could not stay with it long. I came back to it several times, over the last couple days.
I bought it today, purely because I had nothing new. And it was on sale. I kept leaving it, because it confused me.
But now that I have been playing it for several hours, I do like it. I still have not figured out alot of stuff, but I am getting the hang of it.
With this in mind, give it a try, you may be suprized. Rated 5 out of 5 by OvertheMountain from Heroes of Hellas 4: Birth of Legend This has to be one of the best match 3 games out there Very Challenging and not boring at all Rated 5 out of 5 by CazBrough from My 1st h of h game Whilst looking for a new game I came across heroes of hellas 4.
I read the reviews and decided I had to try this one as the reviews were great. I made a good choice, not sure what the earlier games played like but h of h 4 is a great game to play and will keep you hooked for hours.
Rated 5 out of 5 by ukhelen from An addictive game with a good storyline. Wow this is the first HofH game I have played.
I really love it. Started off with the untimed as I know I spend too much time thinking about games, now I'm on the timed version and have only found time difficult with the very last games.
THis is a very intricate game with allsorts of challenges I have used a lot of time playing this - its very addictive.
Now I will look a the earlier games. Rated 5 out of 5 by ElizabethR from Great M3 game I'm not usually a fan of M3 games, so they have to be different and really good for me to enjoy them.
This game has plenty of levels, and then plenty of bonus levels. It's not the easiest M3 game, and you have to have a stratergy as the game moves on.
The only irritating thing is the mini games, and you can skip them after a short while. After playing this, I went to play HofH3, and was woefully disappointed.
Rated 5 out of 5 by felixgarnet from Number 4 in a truly legendary series! It seems ages since the last heroes of Hellas was released - it was such a joy to see Number 4 here at last!
To me this is the perfect game - no need to try it first as I knew it would be great and it more than lived up to expectations.
The Match-3 play is exhilarating and challenging but not frustratingly so with lots of power-ups and super smooth action.
The graphics are stunning - gods and monsters from ancient Greece beautifully depicted - and the Greek music makes for a delightful audio background.
I played for hours, it's so addictive and there are bonus levels if you just don't want to leave Hellas. Rated 5 out of 5 by cowclaudia from Finally a fourth installment I thoroughly enjoy these Heroes of Hellas games - three was my favorite - and this one is on the way to replacing that.
There's still the same game play format but different challenges and scenes and have found at least so far that this one is easier than the other three.
Game moves along without a lot of annoying extras, music is not particularly great but not intrusive to the game and enjoy the artwork in this one.
Only downside is the main character is rather wimpy looking. Rated 5 out of 5 by CameoLove from Impressive A lot of time and effort went into making this game.
The main page has lots of movement, there are quick puzzles to do for added fun, and a few extra things that i would have only expected in a CE.
It also has some different obstacles which I have never seen before. Since i dont have any other version of h3 than the one where i have instaled the wake of gods.
Yes, the game will crash. You have to do a clean install of Heroes 3 and then install Legend of the Red Dragon. Try modifications that I have chosen for Heroes 3 Ultimate Edition http: Hey, i want to make a map with LoRD and i ran h3wmaped and i get runtime error i installed LoRD over Heroes 3 complete without wog what should i do?
Legend of the Red Dragon no longer supported by the authors. Please note that some packs may already include a variety of patches that should be avoided.
If you are installing from a disk image, then on Windows 7 you need to go to disk, set the compatibility with any of the old system to the file and run setup.
When you install will also swear that the version of DirectX is wrong, but continue on the setting. For fast and smooth animation, you can run the game through h3lordglide.
Hello there, i have a question, how can i got that big skeleton walking?

It has been adapted into multiple mediums, including animation, film, manga, audio drama and ballet. My review will be brief and--aside from a minor comment on the events of the previous book, so please don not worry--spoiler free.
On the series as a whole Characterization is sparse but adequate and the story moves at a fairly swift space whose course is charted just as much by the sometimes anticlimactic whims of history as the dramatic arcs of its characters.
As is so often the case in our own histories, the cast of relevant characters is enormous, though many find themselves mere bit players.
The focus of the narrative is on two protagonists: Reinhard von Lohengramm, a brilliant admiral serving the autocratic Galactic Empire; and his equal-but-opposite, the genius Yang Wen-li, in the democratic Free Planets Alliance.
The galaxy-spanning war between these two nations serves primarily as a backdrop for the conflict between these two men who, despite their many similarities, adhere to opposite political ideologies.
First published in , the Legend of the Galactic Heroes is one of the few series in science-fiction truly deserving of such adjectives as "epic" and "classic.
Much like the prior books Dawn and Ambition , Tanaka's prose is rather dry--more what you'd expect to find in a history book than a novel.
The editing sometimes appears rather wanting, as occasionally the Tanaka's syntax will will feel clumsy, with superfluous phrasing or inefficient nouns that don't mesh well with the relatively formal tone his writing usually maintains.
